Replacement Policy

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proper unboxing video or clear proof is required to process the replacement request.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer

  • Minor color or design variations (due to screen differences)

  • Used or damaged products after delivery

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
